The Backyard Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership & Fees
1.1. Membership to The Backyard is available on an annual basis, with payments billed monthly.
1.2. Membership fees are non-refundable and subject to change upon renewal.
1.3. Memberships are non-transferable without prior written approval from management.
2. Facility Use & Amenities
2.1. All amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2. Pool and air hockey are pay-to-play and require additional fees.
2.3. Cornhole lanes may be limited or unavailable due to scheduled tournaments or private functions.
3. Guest Policy
3.1. Members are permitted to bring guests. The member is responsible for their guest’s conduct at all times.
3.2. Guests must adhere to all club rules and regulations.
3.3. Management reserves the right to limit guest access during peak hours or special events.
4. Conduct & Behavior
4.1. Any outlandish, disruptive, or violent behavior will result in immediate membership termination with no refund.
4.2. Members and guests are expected to treat staff, fellow members, and the facility with respect.
4.3. Management reserves the right to remove any individual violating these terms.
5. Age Restrictions
5.1. No unsupervised children under the age of 16 are permitted on the premises.
5.2. No individual under 18 may sit at or be served at the bar.
6. Facility Rental
6.1. The Backyard is available for private rental by members, local schools, and municipalities.
6.2. Rentals must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability and pricing set by management.
6.3. Members are responsible for any damages incurred during their rental period.
7. General Policies
7.1. Management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
7.2. Failure to comply with club policies may result in suspension or termination of membership.
7.3. The Backyard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
By purchasing a membership, members agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Management has full discretion to enforce these rules as necessary.
